Steven Gerhardt
Managing Partner,
CEO
Steven Gerhardt leads the company’s direction, business development and vision. He is an enterprise solutions architect with 20 years of experience in developing, selling and managing software product delivery.
Prior to Element Blue, Steven served as the co-founder and principal of Ixion for eleven years. During this time, Ixion became a leading provider of business and consumer portals, including web content manager solutions.
Steven’s background also includes work in product marketing, biotechnology, and ISO standards accreditation. He has a Bachelor’s degree from Baylor University and a Biotechnology Master’s degree from Johns Hopkins University.

Anthony (Joey) Bernal
Managing Partner,
CTO
Joey joined Element Blue as a leader and veteran of IBM software and solutions. He is the former Chief Programmer of IBM’s Intelligent Operations Center (IOC). His extensive background in Enterprise Application architecture was applied to leading the IOC design and development.
He is the author of several popular books and articles covering Application Architecture, Portal Development, Social Networking and Web 2.0. Prior to joining Elmenet Blue, Joey worked at IBM since 2001 and helped lead the WebSphere Portal Software Services team for Software Development Lab Services.
Joey has a BSc in Computer Sciences from the University of Montana.

Sanjay Jalagam
Managing Director, Middle East and India
Sanjay Jalagam has more than 20 years of experience working in information technology encompassing software development, deployment, sales and customer support. Sanjay has extensive experience working with global customers in helping build and maintain enterprise solutions. He is the country manager responsible for all sales and delivery operations in India. He also manages the India Development Center responsible for offshore delivery for all geo locations.
Sanjay has worked in various different roles in sales, service and management at Oracle and Moore Process Automation (division of Siemens). While at Oracle, he was a part of Global Swat Team for the Process Manufacturing Industry and then was a part of Oracle Energy practice. Sanjay holds a Master’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering.

Indraneel Karfa
Sales Leader, Middle East
Indraneel Karfa leads Element Blue’s Middle East Operations. He has more than 10 years’ experience in project delivery, with an additional 10 years’ consultative selling and managing delivery. He has also been a certified sales trainer and coach.
Prior to Element Blue, Indraneel was involved in complete solution deliver initiatives, including presales, requirement analysis and solution delivery across technology platforms. He also led strategic Initiatives with a focus on extending services delivery to new IBM technologies.
Indraneel has a Bachelor in Engineering and a Master’s in Marketing Management from Mumbai University. He is also a Microsoft Certified Solution Developer.
