In this case, our client was a flagship financial services company, registered with the Reserve Bank of India; as a systemically important non-deposit accepting Core Investment Company (CIC).
As a CIC, our client is primarily a holding company, as it holds investments in its subsidiaries and other group companies employing over 1000-2500 employees. Our client has over 1,000 customer touch-points.
The client is engaged in a wide array of services and have many products in the financial services sector.

To share information among users or within the group, across the organizations. There was a need to bring the people in the organization together.
Solution
ElementBlue used IBM Connections as a platform to solve our client’s concerns. IBM Connections acts as a forum to share information among users or within the group and also contributes to bringing people together.
IBM Connections also provides file sharing, wikis, blogs and activity-sharing options.
Benefits
Sharing files for a particular community (Knowledge Management) is made easy through the IBM Connections Knowledge Center. The moderator can easily moderate the files through the knowledge center hence making information sharing quick and simple.
